RENOWNED Zululand businessman Johan Schoonhoven passed away peacefully this morning at the age of 76.
‘Schoonies’, as he was best known, finally succumbed to a long, brave battle with cancer and passed away at the Richards Bay Medical Institute – the first oncology treatment centre in Zululand, which he founded and built.
A memorial service will be held at the NG Kerk, Meerensee at 11am on Monday.
