Beauty and the ‘Beauty’ at the Unizul show
Who is the fairest of them all at the University of Zululand?
IT was glitz and glam with pencil high heels on the runway, dishy evening gowns and fancy suits.
Twelve student couples battled it out for the Mr and Miss University of Zululand 2013 crown during the special event held at Bhekuzulu Hall on Friday evening.
The show was hosted by popular comedian Mondli Mzizi alongside radio personality Sthandwa Nzuza, with stage performances by Durban-based kwaito group ‘Big Nuz’ and Zakwe, which wowed audiences and left them begging for more.
Winner received i-pads and student bursaries worth R50 000, courtesy of the university.
