A MAN who handed himself over to police soon after he reportedly shot an adversary at Richards Bay’s Taxi City, will return to the Richards Bay Magistrate’s Court tomorrow (Friday) to face a murder charge.
Patrick Mfaniseni Mabika (45) is accused of shooting 34-year-old Mduduzi Mpanza in his chest during a heated dispute at the Richards Bay bus rank at 5pm last Sunday.
He first appeared in court last Tuesday and remains in police custody.
