THE uMhlathuze Chess Club invites young and old to join the club and take up the exciting sport.
Classes are every Wednesday afternoon at Richards Bay High School in Arboretum from 4:30pm to 6pm during school terms.
Current members have benefitted greatly from the interaction and enhancement of their skills, with many participating in the upcoming KZN Closed Championships to be held at the end of this month.
Players can qualify for the South African tournament in December.
