A DRIVE-by shooting resulted in one fatality in the Empangeni CBD on Saturday night.
The incident, which took place shortly after 7pm occurred just outside the Caltex Garage at the Turnbull Street and Main Road intersection.
Empangeni SAPS immediately responded to the scene where large crowds had gathered around the victim.
The deceased had not yet been identified and police are investigating a case of murder.
