THREE suspects aged between 17 and 19 charged for the murder of Mgwazeni Delwa (73), appeared in the Nkandla Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
The men were arrested on Monday after the deceased was attacked with stones, knobkieries and sticks at his home in the Mandaba area.
It is alleged that the suspects accused Delwa of performing witchcraft.
A case of murder was opened at Nkandla police station.
The minor was transferred to a place of safety in Pinetown and the two other suspects were remanded in custody until 16 March.
