Teen emotional intelligence workshop
The free workshop is aimed to assist children in taking control of their lives and aspiring to reach their full potential.
SPIRITUAL Connections will be hosting a complimentary workshop for teens on Saturday from 8.30am – 10.30am at Birdsview Academy, Richards Bay.
This workshop will be the first of many and is aimed to assist children in taking control of their lives and aspiring to reach their full potential.
It will give them the ability to overcome common teenage stress factors and cover topics such as:
• Self regard
• The dynamics of self control and emotional self awareness
• Assertiveness, independence and self actualisation
• Interpersonal relationships
• Adaptability, stress management and impulse control
• Optimism and gratitude
• Guided relaxation
To fully cover each topic, the workshops will be held over a few weeks and will cost R50 each.
