JORDAN Stevens was the main man at the Grantleigh College Inter-House gala held on Monday evening, when he broke the only record of the night as well as picking up the Senior Victor Ludorum trophy for his efforts in the pool.
Pupils dressed up, cheered their houses on and applied pressure in the water to see who would claim the bragging rights for 2015.
With chlorine amphibians cruising through the pool in search of maximum points, the total tallies at the end was close between second and third place.

But it was Trogons house who dominated from start to finish, claiming the House Trophy after bagging 371 points, with Orioles finishing second with 267 points and Bishops in third with 235 points.
Not only did Trogons win the house trophy by a comfortable 104 points, but they also picked up the Spirit Trophy for their vocal efforts.
Stevens broke the boys’ 15-16 200m individual medley record with a time of 2.28.87 compared to the previous time of 2.34.65.
