Most South Africans have easy enough access to the document, except our traffic officials.
Shops, businesses and even schools have a system in place so that load shedding does not jeopardise the services they provide.
My question is why does the traffic department not do the same?
Driving into or out of Richards Bay and Empangeni, when there is no power is like playing Russian roulette.
A lack of points men at traffic intersections is becoming a nightmare with cars speeding through without a care in the world.
I can only assume that in Zululand the section of the driving exam which pertains to four-way stops must have been left out completely!
Please can’t the traffic department get with the programme and have officials on the road when they are so badly needed.
You want to prevent accidents and save lives, well here is a relatively simple way of doing it.
