Darts champ Steyn bang on target
The Empangeni Social Darts League officially started on Wednesday evening.
HERMAN Steyn of team SMEE was a one-man wrecking machine on Wednesday evening when he played the major role in his team’s 6-4 victory over Bar Reign in the first round of the Empangeni Social Darts League played at Bar Reign.
Steyn’s night included throwing two bulls and a cherry with three darts to win the cricket match in the first round, as well as nailing triples and doubles to secure two more victories in 501 and nomination killer.
The game between Empangeni Rugby Football Club (ERFC) and Flying Fernandos Squad (FFS) 1 at Fernandos was a one way game.
ERFC smashed the newbies in the league 6-0.
Little Portugal (LP) beat FFS (2) 6-3 at Little Portugal.
