Beauty queen on the move
eSikhaleni model Khanyo Zikhali on her way to Miss Junior South Africa.
ZULULAND’S Miss Tourism Khanyo Zikhali (16) will represent KZN at the Miss Junior SA 2015 pageant in Pretoria later this year.
The eSikhaleni-born beauty landed the opportunity after impressing judges at the auditions in Ballito last month.
She is the second Zululander selected for the prestigious event.
‘I’m happy to represent my region. I feel lucky to be a finalist in such a big event because there were hundreds of other beautiful girls,’ said Khanyo.
The Richards Bay High School model is known for her community work with various charity organisations. She is also part of the Young People with a Vision group, and assists youngsters with various issues.
Khanyo also needs Zululand’s support to make the best impression at the finals.
‘ I’m asking everyone to please support me. I’m in need of sponsors for my hair and makeup, transportation and dresses for three occasions.’
