Get your matric results delivered to your phone

IT is that time of year again where anxious pupils await their matric exam results.

The matric results will officially be released on Tuesday 6 January at 6am.

You can now receive your result via SMS and USSD as well as other mobile applications.

The service is available until 31 January, 2015 and is in partnership with the Department of Basic Education.

Register via SMS:

Send an SMS to 35658 (SMSes cost R3).

In the SMS, you will send your exam number followed by your ID number.

After successfully registering, you will receive your results tomorrow.

USSD:

USSD is a text based conversation.

Dial *120*35658#, then type in your ID number and you will receive your results per subject (USSD rates apply).
