Disregard for the law becoming tiresome

ONCE again it is New Year, and once again people with no regard to animals or the law are letting off fireworks!

When will it end?

Us pet owners are getting tired of the blatant disregard of the law.

What is it going to take for the City police and the town council to clamp down on these offenders?

Who will be held responsible for vet bills and injured animals?

Although it is a time for celebration , there should be a designated time and place for this.
