THE SAPS eShowe has joined forces with the uMlalazi Municipality to intensify vehicle and foot patrols in the eShowe Central Business District and surrounding areas.
This is to combat possible incidents of violent crime and armed robberies during the festive season.
Vehicle control points and roadblocks will also be conducted to crack down on drunk drivers and motorists contravening the traffic regulations.
