THE smell of fresh pancakes and coffee welcomed locals at the annual Leisure Gardens flea market on Saturday morning.

Despite the poor weather conditions, an array of stalls offering Christmas goodies, clothing, books and delicious food filled the parking lot.

Many stalls were sold out within minutes, leaving satisfied customers with lovely goodies and full tummies.

Funds raised went towards the Leisure Gardens Residents Club.
