SATMA nomination for ‘Qadasi’

Traditional artists are gearing up to take to the stage at this year’s South African Traditional Music Achievement (SATMA) Awards and Zululander David ‘Qadasi’ Jenkins’ album, Uhambo Olusha, has been nominated for Best Maskandi Album 2014.

Qadasi will also be performing at the awards evening in collaboration with Maskandi star, Mbuzeni.

The event takes place at the University of Fort Hare on 17 and 18 October.
