Hot MTB action at Monzi

THE fourth leg of the Bell Big 5 MTB Series took place in hot conditions at the Monzi Golf Club on Sunday.

The Anchor Capital Hippo Challenge was an important race for the riders going for a series’ podium position as the Pick n Pay eShowe Elephant will not be considered for the final times.

This means that the series will be decided on the best times of three races instead of the normal four out of five.

The last race of the series will be the Superspar Kwambo Lion next weekend, Sunday, 21 September.
