Music explosion set for Empangeni
Get ready for Umlilo Explosion with Dj Christos.
ZULULAND will rise to its feet when the entertainment detonator ignites during the second annual Umlilo Explosion at the Imbizo Conference Center in Empangeni on Friday, 26 September.
Record label owner and South African house legend, DJ Christos, will provide a musical journey with features from several of his albums.
The Metro FM deejay is known for clean, fresh and uncluttered house hits. The multi-talented veteran has been entertaining fans for over two decades, and provided platforms for countless DJs and producers.
He is also the leading DJ agency in the country, with top artists and DJs including Vinny Da Vinci, Ralf GUM, Franck Roger, Kanunu, Ree Morris, DJ Zero and Rocco in his stable. The Umlilo Explosion will feature Afrotainment duo Tira and Sox. Well-known Gukwa and Junior Da Rocka will also be part of the epic show.
Local artist such as Richards Bay flourishing group The Hurricanez, MaAfrika, Cap, Jabulani Shandu eMatshana, DJ Amenisto and Franoz are also on the bill.
