SuperSport Let’s Play Sports Star of the month

Sethu Sithole is SuperSports Lets Play Star of the month of July.

SUPERSPORT, in conjunction with the Zululand Observer Let’s Play Sports Star of the Month of July has been announced. Sethu Sithole, an 18-year-old Richards Bay sports girl has been given the coveted title and most definitely deserves it.

Sethu, a pupil at Felixton College is passionate about sport especially hockey, cricket, soccer and athletics.

This year, Sethu played in the U18 KZN hockey team, the Northern Coastal girls’ hockey team and was part of the U19 KZN cricket training squad.

In 2013, Sethu was selected for the U19 girls’ KZN Cricket training squad and the U19 KZN girls’ soccer team.

She also received the Felixton College Senior Victrix Ludorum for athletics and the Senior Sports Personality of the Year award as well as schools’ sports colours for hockey, soccer, athletics and cricket.

Currently, Sethu is her school,s 1st team girls’ hockey captain and 1st team girls’ soccer captain.

When asked what her motto is, for life and sports practice, Sethu replied, ‘Work hard, train hard and enjoy the success that comes.’

SuperSport Let’s Play and Zululand Observer have been looking for children aged from seven to 18-years-old who excel in school sports, in KZN, nationally or internationally.

The competition can be entered by nominating yourself or by a friend, teacher or coach at your school nominating you.

Every month, one lucky player will be chosen as the SuperSport Let’s Play Star of the Month.

The monthly winner will receive a ‘Let’s Play’ tog-bag and hamper filled with goodies as well as the opportunity to be in the Zululand Observer and on SuperSports Facebook and Twitter pages.

At the end of the year, one star will be chosen as the SuperSport Let’s Play Star of the Year 2014. With some fabulous prizes to be won and the chance of getting to be on TV. this opportunity should not be missed.
