Meet Sinenhlanhla Zikalala, a Mrs Zululand finalist.
BUSINESSWOMAN by day, a beauty queen by night – meet Mrs Zululand finalist Sinenhlanhla Zikalala (25), a beautiful, bubbly young woman who wears many hats.
She is an entrepreneur, a singer, bass guitar player, wife, mother of two and holds a sound engineering diploma from Damelin.
Sne is in the business of empowering other young women through her company Snare Entertainment and Non-profitable Organization (NPO), Musicating Mzansi.
She’s is also a founder of Snare Sunday unplugged sessions, a platform that gives young artists in the area an opportunity to showcase their skills.
No stranger to Zululanders, Sne has been involved with youth development since her teenage days at Empangeni High School.
Having climbed the corporate ladder as a video editor at Bay TV and 1KZNTV, Sne later became a Shine FM board member.
The Mrs Zululand finals in September will showcase married women and prove that can they can also take part in beauty pageants.
‘Being married does not mean boring. I like to take part in things that develop my community and bring people together. I still want to continue uplifting my community and offering young people skills,’ said Sne.
