THERE has been further developments in the case of the missing eNseleni girl, Ashley De Jager.
The Zululand Observer can confirm that the five-year-old child is well and safe with a family member in Mozambique.
However, in a shock development a few minutes ago Ashley’s father, Neels was apprehended by police for kidnapping.
While details are sketchy, it is believed he is wanted for charges of kidnapping in Mozambique.
His legal counsel confirmed that they have opposed his transfer to a Mozambican jail as he must be formally charged in a South African court of law before an application for extradition can be considered.

I find it hard to believe she is safe with family bcz the teacher said the ladies came to fetch the baby from school and the young girl said she didn’t know them in that way the teacher denied letting the child go with ppl she didn’t know. Why would she lie if she knew who they were? And why would the family send a stranger to come all this way to get their baby girl? Doesn’t make sense!! I’m still gonna send broadcast on fb, twitter, we chat and bbm to help find the lil girl.
