A 21-year-old man from Khayelisha, Dukuduku, was murdered while he was out cycling last night at 7pm.
The victim, who has not be identified, was reportedly riding in Dukuduku on a yellow MTN bicycle.
As he cycled past three male pedestrians, one of them hacked the cyclist on the back of his neck, killing him instantly.
No motive has been established and according to police, the victim was not known by the suspect.
Police expect to make an arrest soon.
The police urge anyone who witnessed the incident or has information on the victim, to contact Lieutenant Mpontshane on 082 7346447.

was he cycling on the wrong side of the road? maybe he was not obeying the correct traffic laws, and the pedestrians administered street justice…..just saying.
