Missing manhole covers a hazard

REGARDING the letter by a concerned resident in Eyethu Bay Watch about missing manhole covers.

We often walk from Porpoise Passage to Pick n Pay in Meerensee.

There are three manhole covers missing along the pathway and have been missing for at least five years.

The holes have been used as dustbins over the years, and are a safety hazard as well as a health hazard.
