'My vote is no secret', announced Mtubatuba Mayor, Robert Ntuli, as he entered Silethukukhanya High School in Khula Village to cast his vote on Tuesday morning. The only voter on the day, Ntuli made small talk with the teachers who volunteered to be voting officials for a few minutes, prior to casting his vote
