Music video to be filmed in Empangeni

eSikhaleni filmmakers and kwaito artists MJ Entertainment will ‘shut-down’ some eMpangeni streets this weekend.

The famous group will be recording their first music video from their recent album ‘Bamnand’ abafana’ on Sunday.

With their album climbing the charts and receiving prominent radio airplay across the province, thousands are expected to show support for the rising stars.

Fans can expect an unforgettable experience, with the popular group showcasing their dance moves for the camera outside Kwik Spar.

This talented gang claimed fame in 2011 following their first movie ‘Inhliziyo enecala’, an educational film about HIV and Aids.

Group leader Thabani Mamba says they find inspiration from their surroundings and want to change the world through film and music.

‘Our movies and music are not only about having fun. Our aim is to educate and inform young people about certain issues. When people watch our movies or listen to our music, they can always learn something,’ says Mamba.
