The Golden Oldies held an Easter Parade where some stunning Easter bonnets were on display
The pretty Easter bonnet of Fay Reed caught the eye of the judges at the Easter Parade in Empangeni
THE Golden Oldies senior citizens social club of Empangeni once again put on a super Easter Bonnet Parade at the Civic Centre.
The devoted ladies spent much time and skills making and decorating their intricately designed headgear.
Even the friendly Easter Bunny made a surprise visit by hopping in to hand out free Easter eggs to all present.
The organiser, Elaine van de Venter said, ‘We might have a wrinkle or two at our age, but that is only as a result of all the smiles and fun we have had for many decades.’
