Speeding car rental vehicles

I’M not sure who to complain to about this issue, so I’m sending it to your newspaper and the Disaster Committee.

I live close to the airport in Richards Bay and for more than six months now, I have noticed how the rental cars are being driven from the airport to the petrol station down the road.

I’m concerned that they might kill someone, seeing that they drive so fast that you can never stop them and find out what rental company it is.

I think they want to get petrol as quickly as possible, and do not consider any other road users when doing this.

The sad thing about this is, there is a school in the same road and it’s very busy.

I would love to try and stop these drivers, but I’m scared that even I might kill someone while trying to stop them.

Then the amazing part, they are busy destroying company property when going over the speed humps so fast – not that it worries them – it’s only company property!

Take some time to just sit beside the road just before a plane lands, and see how quickly these people are trying to put petrol in the cars.

I feel that people should know about this issue, seeing that speed humps can’t even stop these drivers.
