Good day, I have handed my son’s photo in at your Richards bay office to the receptionist on the 10th of April on Monday the 15th I phoned the lady who dealt with this in your empangeni offices who informed me that she did not receive my entry from your Richards bay office but she will make sure that it is received and will be published in todays observer, today again my son’s enty is not in the observer, please advise what to do, baby Silvio de Lira entry was given on a CD with entry form
