A PARAMEDIC was killed in an accident on Friday morning when the ambulance he was travelling in collided with a truck on the N2 near Hluhluwe off-ramp.
Private ambulance service, Bhubesi EMS, confirmed that one of its vehicles was involved in the accident at 8.30am, while on route to fetch a patient at Mkuze.
The paramedic, who was in his twenties, was travelling with a colleague who is receiving treatment in hospital for minor injuries.
