CALLING all city of uMhlathuze stalwarts, who have been in the area pre-1984, to meet for an epic reunion and a nostalgic trip down memory lane.
The reunion takes places on 30 April at the Dolosfees Festival tent, as a generous gesture by the Dolosfees organisers.
‘We invite volunteers to come forward with any pictures or historical information which documents this era,’ said Legends of Zululand Reunion Organiser Irma Dreyer.
‘As well as persons involved in the construction and building of the harbour and Richards Bay as a whole,’ she added.
Good food, amazing company and grand memories, throw in a DJ playing classic smooth tunes from the old school, and you have a night to remember!
Tickets will be on sale at R50 per person and after expenses, the funds raised will be donated to two charities.
