One dead in Empangeni crash

ONE person died following a collision between a bakkie and a truck at the intersection near Quality Cars in Empangeni earlier tonight (on Friday).

The accident took place at around 8pm. The driver of the bakkie was found dead upon the arrival of paramedics.

Drivers are urged to exercise caution as authorities are still on the scene.
