First lockdown roadblock in Richards Bay

EMPANGENI cluster police officers wasted no time in implementing the first lockdown roadblock, which was held this (Friday) morning.

The roadblock was held on the N2 at the eNseleni/Richards Bay exit and all motorists – both truck and car drivers – were stopped and asked for documentation allowing them to be on the roads during the lockdown.

Their hands were also sprayed with sanitiser by the officers.
