Suspects arrested in connection with Pongola Rugby Club murder

TWO suspects believed to have been involved in a fatal armed robbery at Pongola Rugby Club over the weekend, have been arrested while attempting to flee the country

An intelligence-driven operation carried out by Pongola detectives this morning (Monday) led to the arrest of the men, aged 20 and 26.

They were attempting to flee to Swaziland.

The suspects are expected to appear in the Pongola Magistrate’s Court soon.
