VARIOUS religious groups gathered at KwaMsindisi Church in Mandeni last week to pray for matriculants before they begin their examinations.
Learners from all the schools within the Mandeni Municipality, representatives from the Department of Education and councillors attended the prayer meeting.
Mandeni Deputy Mayor, Phindie Sishi, said she was confident that the class of 2019 would do well.
‘We assisting learners with winter classes. Our youth office was always open to offer support. This is the last hurdle,’ she said
