Friday 7pm – Aaron McIlroy will perform his new hit comedy, ADHD! at Solid Ground Church in Empangeni.
Saturday 10am ’til late – A community car show will be held at the KG Performance Centre in Richards Bay (76 Alumina Allee, Alton).
Car wash facilities will be open from 8am – 4pm, followed by a show-and-shine contest from 10am, static limbo from noon and a sound-off competition at 2pm.
A variety of food stalls are available and the event will conclude with a glow in the dark show from 6pm to 8pm. Entrance is free.

Save the dates! Future events to diarise
1 September from 8am – North Coast Anti-poaching will host its first ever Spring Day beach clean-up and encourages all to join in.
The clean-up will be at the Bay Hall and is a fund-raising drive for the anti-poaching volunteers to continue carrying out their much-needed water patrols.
Closing date for entries is 16 August so enter now to avoid missing out.

7 September 7.30am – The annual SANCA/Eyethu Baywatch Walk away from Drugs is being held at the Zululand Multisport Club in Meerensee.
This fun 5km walk with prizes for schools is open to everyone regardless of age, and schools are encouraged to ensure as many of their learners as possible participate.
