eSikhaleni power to be restored later today

TECHNICIANS are currently replacing electrical cables in eSikhaleni, the uMhlathuze Municipality has confirmed.

Residents in the H1 and H2 sections have been left in a dark since 7:30pm last night.

‘The power outage is the result of a cable burnout and electricians are currently on site busy rectifying the problem.

‘The replacement of cables should take a few hours and electricity should be restored later today,’ the municipality posted on its Facebook page.
