LIFE begins when you walk out of the grandstand and into the game.
The Empangeni Rugby Football Club will start their 2014 campaign on Tuesday 7 January with their first pre-season practice kicking-off at 6pm at Mick Kelly Park.
The club, which had a disappointing 2013 season, is aiming high for 2014.
All players are urged to come out and get fit for what promises to be a cracker of a season.
Practices will take place every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6pm onwards at Mick Kelly Park.
