A BURST pipe in Paul Avenue in Empangeni has been causing quite a splash.
Construction on the road has been taking place over the last few months, but on Wednesday morning something went wrong and water could be seen spraying metres into the air from the trench dug along the side of the road.
Further up the road municipal workers were seen busy working on the pipeline, but the water kept flowing.
The municipality was contacted and undertook to attend to the matter.
