Swim season resumes with a bang
The final age group gala for the 2018/2019 swim season is scheduled for 17 February at the Arboretum pool from 9am
LOCAL swimmers exploded off the starting blocks in the KCDA January age group gala at Arboretum swimming pool on Saturday.to get their 2019 swim season under way.
Fish Eagles Swimming Club, uShaka Swimming Club, Vryheid, Pongola Swim Academy, Kloof, Swim Lab, Sharks and Synergy swimmers all pushed hard in their events with the main aim of qualifying for the upcoming level and national championship galas.

The final age group gala for the 2018/2019 swim season is scheduled for 17 February at the Arboretum pool from 9am.
Other events to look forward to this season include the King Cetshwayo District swim trials on 30 and 31 January at the Arboretum pool, the uShaka Swimming Club Championships on 26 and 27 January, also at Arboretum swimming pool, and the Leomat 1 000m swim at the Empangeni Municipal swimming pool on 1 and 2 March.
