Record number of complaints as City of uMhlathuze residents are overcome by stinky air

FRIDAY was a stinky day in the City, with a record number of complaints being received by the Richards Bay Clean Air Association (RBCAA).

‘In 21 years (of running the RBCAA) this was by far the highest number of complaints I have ever received,’ said Sandy Camminga.
