Rabies vaccinations

WITH rabies cases often recorded in the Zululand region, it is important for pet owners to ensure that their animals receive regular vaccination againast the dreaded disease.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development’s rabies vaccination schedule for the city this month is:

Monday and Tuesday – Empangeni Fire Station (8am to 4pm).

Wednesday – Brackenham Community Hall (8am to 4pm).

Thursday and Friday – Veldenvlei Community Hall (8am to 4pm).
