Schools provide relief for Child and Family Care

TWO schools have rallied in support of Empangeni Child and Family Care (ECFC).
The town’s Little Eden Daycare and St Catherine’s recently donated foodstuffs to the non-profit organisation, who have been struggling of late.
‘Being an NPO, we rely on donations and public support to keep our doors open and help the children and families in need of protection, food and shelter.
‘Donations like these from Little Eden and St Catherine’s are not only welcome blessings to those in desperate need of food, clothing and toiletries but are also greatly appreciated by all involved in the child welfare organisation, attempting to care for and provide to these families and children in need.
‘As long as we have caring and generous people taking time out to put together donations for our children in need we have hope for the continuation of our organisation,’ the NPO said in a statement.
