Terrified Empangeni women held at gunpoint in their home

AN EMPANGENI woman and her live-in care assistant were held at gunpoint by a gang of six armed men on Thursday.

SAPS Sector Commander for Empangeni, Captain Dup Herselman, said police are investigating a case of house robbery and warned that residents should be alert not only after dark – but during the daylight hours too.
