THE Richards Bay Bass Angling Club, currently competing against other clubs in the KwaZulu-Natal Bass Divisional Circuit, has one of its own anglers leading the way.
Local ‘bass man’ Anton Lotriet is currently leading the divisional circuit with 48.845 points.
Second is Carl Gutzeit of Tekweni Bass Club with 48.255, with Ladysmith’s Hane Estran third with 47.530 points.
Lotriet has also bagged a beaut of a fish weighing in at 4.230kg’s this season.
