Noisy party spot keeps Empangeni residents awake at night

A paper trail of complaints, addressed to the City’s Municipal Manager, uMhlathuze Traffic and SAPS, dating back to October last year sees irate residents repeatedly complaining about the issue of loud music being blasted into the early hours of the morning from the premises in question.
