Gas explosion injures employee
She was rushed to hospital for medical treatment and her blistered skin was dressed and bandaged
A YOUNG staff member at a Meerensee fast food outlet was badly burnt when gas from a cooker exploded.
According to Megan van Aswegen (19), she and other staff members had tried unsuccessfully to get a gas cooker lit, and the kitchen filled with fumes.
