Assaulted vendor furious over R2 500 bribe
Vendor seeks justice after taxi rank mob attacked him in January
After being brutally beaten by a group of men at the Empangeni Rail taxi rank in January, Adam Zitha (34) of Dumisani Makhaye Village wants justice. He was apparently attacked after being accused of stealing from a local shop.
He opened a case against his attackers who allegedly offered him money to withdraw all charges.
The case continues in court on Friday.
