Reeling in the points

THE father and son combination of Andrew and Brian Goddard seemed to be the ‘right bait’ at the Zululand Ladies Shore Angling Association golf day at the Empangeni Country Club on Saturday, after they reeled in top spot with 42 points.

A total of 67 golfers followed a 4 Ball Better Ball Stableford format over 18 holes, which resulted in such close competition that a count-out came into play.
