Clubs serve interdicts on City of uMhlathuze

This is in connection with the new commercial rental rates

THE legal process against the City of uMhlathuze has begun, after at least four of the recreation and sport clubs recently served interdicts on the municipality.

This is in connection with the new commercial rental rates.

Richards Bay Ski Boat Club and Zululand Multisport Club last week served a joint interdict on the municipality while Zululand Yacht Club and Meerensee Boat Club served one yesterday (Wednesday).

The municipality must advise their intent to oppose the interdicts by today (Thursday) and the court date has been set for 11 April.
