ANC’s Musa Dladla Region is taking the Radical Economic Transformation agenda to the people with the aim of empowering emerging entrepreneurs.
This was evident during the launch of the ANC Musa Dladla Business Forum held last week.
Interim Chairman Castro Buthelezi said his party was committed to play a significant role in developing young and emerging entrepreneurs in the region.
‘I want to emphasise that this forum doesn’t belong to the ANC, but is for the voice of all business people in the region.

‘We want to ensure that the black majority is involved in the running of big companies. Our aim is to ensure that black owned businesses are sustainable and create sustainable job opportunities for the community,’ said Buthelezi.
He is one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the region and has worked at various municipalities in civic engineering services. He is a founder of Izingalabezi Consulting Engineering and Trillion Group.
‘We are currently in a growth stage. Once everything has been finalised we will launch our forum.
‘New leadership structures will be elected, including portfolio units, as there are various businesses in the region such as agriculture and construction to name but a few.
‘These sectors need to be grouped according to their ratings. We want to influence government policies and programmes and prioritise the youth, women and disabled.
‘All struggling businesses will be assessed to establish the causes of their challenges so that we can help entrepreneurs deal with or solve the problems.
